Teen Therapy Group: KPOP Demon Hunters
Does your teen struggle with self-esteem, mood, or finding their place?
They don’t have to face it alone.
This 6-week therapy group is designed for teens who want a safe, supportive space to grow in confidence, resilience, and self-expression. Using creative, strength-based approaches, participants will explore identity, emotions, and belonging—while drawing inspiration from Netflix’s KPOP Demon Hunters (movie + music).

📅 Saturdays, 11/1/25-12/6/25 (a make-up session for Saturday, 11/29 may be scheduled due to the holiday weekend)

Sample Group Outline:
Themes may shift slightly to meet the needs of the group.
Week 1 – Discovering the Characters
Explore the KPOP Demon Hunters characters: their strengths, challenges, struggles, and coping skills.
Week 2 – The Power of Music
Unpack songs from the movie: themes, messages, and underlying meaning.
Week 3 – Coping Through Regulation
Look at coping strategies through the lens of nervous system regulation, connecting them to themes from the movie and songs.
Week 4 – Tools for Intense Emotions
Practice regulation tools to navigate, grow, and learn through big feelings.
Week 5 – The Authentic Self
A deep dive into identity—authentic self, hidden self, and the masks we wear—to build self-esteem, confidence, and self-care.
Week 6 – Belonging Beyond the Group
Wrap up with concrete takeaways on how to create and maintain a lasting sense of belonging after the group ends.

Each session combines therapeutic activities, discussions, and creative exercises that encourage self-expression, confidence, and healthy coping strategies—all within a structured, supportive environment.
Is this a therapy group or a fan club?
This is a professional therapy group led by a licensed facilitator. While we use creative references to KPOP Demon Hunters, the focus is on personal growth, resilience, and belonging.
How many teens will be in the group?
Group size is kept small to ensure every participant feels safe, supported, and seen.
